Terms of use
Using PlayPumpkin means you agree to these terms. It is free for non-commercial play, at home or in class, and needs no account.
Who owns what
Copyright doesn’t cover the rules of classic games like Minesweeper or Tic-Tac-Toe, so anyone can make a version. The games, artwork and text here are made by PlayPumpkin and belong to me. The open-source software and fonts the site uses belong to their authors and are used under their licenses.
What not to do
Don’t copy the games or pages to publish elsewhere, or copy them in bulk with automated tools. Don’t try to disrupt the site or get around its security.
No warranty
I try to keep PlayPumpkin accurate and running, but it comes “as is”, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Game progress lives in your own browser, so clearing its data or switching devices means starting again.
Links and ads
PlayPumpkin may link to other websites and, later, show ads from other companies. I am not responsible for what those websites or ads contain.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too. Using PlayPumpkin after a change means you accept the new terms.
